    I completed 75 Hard early last year, and I loved the level of discipline I had to persevere even when life got busy, or I was tired. At one point I had a foot infection so had to get creative with my workouts. I also loved collecting nutrition data and being able to actively tweak what I was eating for different times and different training for different times of my cycle. It sounds like such a cliche, and I lost heaps of weight, but the mental benefits were the real winner for me. I'll definitely do it again. Also I LOVED that you were in the book! Such a great discovery!

    I'm quitting sugar again, I have in the past and successfully and happily stayed off of it. A few things crept back in, like muffins 😐. So I want sugar out of my life again, I felt so much better when it was. The hard stages do pass, and I found that you really do forget what many of your old favs tasted like, or you now find them way too sweet. You can do it, 😊we can do it.

    First of all great job and amazing results! Secondly bloody hell at 36% body fat you were technically more fat than me at 266lbs and 34% body fat. My lean body weight is actually close to what your starting weight was! Goes to show that its not just weight but also the body composition!

    This is very nice. I will say, though, that when doing crosses and double-under crosses, make sure to alternate which arm goes over and under so as not to build imbalances. Floyd himself was also guilty of this in his video, so it's understandable.

    I have been depressed for a long time, but after taking shrooms few months ago, l feel much happier and highly motivated and my ADHD gone , lost a ton of anxiousness and had a few epiphanies about how I should live my life. I decided to buy an ounce for backup, but haven’t yet felt the need to take any more since then.

    Congratulations on your results! It's really great to have self discipline but forcing yourself to do 2 trainings a day on several nights of only 4-6 hours sleep might be contraproductive and even unhealthy. I know the program doesn't let you quit or skip a day but it's important to listen to your body as well. If you're miserable and your trainings get worse, it's time for a rest day or two. The sleeping problems could also be because of the intensity of your training, lack of rest and high cortisol. (And getting back into a routine after taking a break really tests your discipline)

      I had tested again after the testosterone video in august of 2023 and had dropped back down to near where I started which was discouraging. It also might be worth noting that I changed methods of testing going from a finger prick mail in blood test at the start of the challenge to actual getting blood drawn by a medical professional at the end. I’m wondering whether that was part of the difference at all, but if anything the second method is likely the more accurate one, so I’m stoked lol.

    I love the message, but I am calling out some BS. You made a video about this man! You went from 251ish ng/dl to 351 ng/dl using "natural protocols." Now, you expect us to believe you jumped 3X to 769 ng/dl by "only" working out and following a diet? You obviously got on Testosterone Replacement Therapy! It is okay; just don't lie about it!

      I promise you dude, if I was on TRT, I would share about it lol. Something I’m curious to learn more about, but not something I’m doing or currently know anything about. I think a big part of the testosterone change is the decrease in body fat alongside the increase in strength training, time outside and improved nutrition. I’m no expert so I can’t fully explain the results, but I was stoked when I got that second test lol!

    11:21 - Need more carbs. Carbs generate serotonin, a precursor to melatonin. This is why carnivore and keto is foolish. Less carbs = poor sleep = poor recovery and reliant on stimulants
